Shipping Methods

All items costs include taxes and shipping Canada wide. Express postage will ensue an added 40$ fee. Please allow 1-3 days for us to process your order. We ship via Canada Post, which takes 3-5 days.

Gift wrapping and custom notes are available. Please inquire. 

International orders are shipped with Canada Post. Upgraded service is available for an additional fee (please inquire). All Duties, Taxes, Insurance, etc. are to be paid by the buyer. 

Shipping price includes necessary boxing and adequate packing material to ensure safe delivery of your jewellery.

We stand behind the products sold 100%. If you are not satisfied with any of our products, please let us know right away.

Custom orders will not be shipped until payment has been secured. Final payment will include the item price as well as the shipping rate. Shipping price includes necessary boxing and adequate packing material to ensure safe delivery of your hand made jewellery.

Cancellation fees of 30% and up may be incurred by cancellations of custom design orders on a project to project basis. 

 

 

Easy Returns & Exchanges

Item purchased by you: We accept returns within 7 days from receipt of goods. Shipping charges are non-refundable and buyer is responsible for return of the merchandise in one piece. All sales are final on custom designed work and sale items. Items that arrive damaged or lost in transit back to us will not be refundable, so take care in repackaging and use a trusted shipping carrier. 

Item damaged in shipment: Every order is packed carefully to ensure that all items arrive at your door safely. Should a piece arrive damaged, please email us within 48 hours of receiving the package- and we may ask you to send in the broken piece. We’ll happily send you a new item, or issue a store credit. Handmade items are custom made and replacements require production time before they can be scheduled for shipment.
